Whatever happened to the "Israeli Right" ??
The Likud and Kadima parties have abandoned the historic legacy of Menachem Begin (not to mention Ze'ev Jabotinsky).
Their leaders are no longer faithful public servants with "clean hands", like Yitzhak Shamir or Moshe Arens, who could capture the admiration of Zionists everywhere.
Their economic plans no longer consider the weaker segments of our population, as was done in the days of Finance Minister Moshe Nissim.
Even Jewish identity and tradition are no longer values that they see fit to champion and cherish.
The Likud acted in clear opposition to the will of its voters, when it carried out the platform of the Far Left... ramming through the Gaza Disengagement, stifling public opinion, uprooting 24 Jewish settlements. And now, unable to point to a single benefit that Israel has received in return, the Likud simply ignores the results.
What results? Well, for one thing, the Likud handed Hamas a stunning victory in the Palestinian Authority elections, thanks to the Gaza pullout... and then its leadership walked away from the mess to form "Kadima".
Kadima. That's a Hebrew word meaning "Full Speed Ahead"... to where?
They are leading us into a deadly trap - a "Catch 22" that invites still more jihad and bloodshed.
They are dismantling our nation before our very eyes.
They are making a mockery of the democratic process.
Israel deserves a new Right-wing alternative.
The choice is yours:
You can vote out of habit for the parties with the loudest voices. You can hope that they will not "forget" (again) why you elected them and become suddenly unable to distinguish Right from Left... and right from wrong.
OR you can join the New Right, and make your vote count... for a change!
